Mr. Virgil Bryson, Jr., age 74, of Chatsworth, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at his residence.

Virgil was a proud father, grandfather, and brother. He was a life-long avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing and shared many adventures with his family. When not on a lake or in the woods, Virgil enjoyed playing softball on his company teams, was an innovator and would "Macgyver" most anything to accommodate his needs, and had impeccable penmanship until his final day. His love of coffee and seafood dishes such as crab cakes and salmon patties were often the way to his heart.

Virgil was preceded in death by his parents, Ella and Virgil Bryson, Sr. of Dalton, and granddaughter, Trinity Ella Bryson of Crandall.

Survivors include his son, Chris Bryson of Crandall; daughters and spouses Amy Bryson and Kelly Magee of Bellingham, WA, Bonnie and Jason Fleming of Jensen Beach, FL, Dana and Matthew Johnson of Ft. Pierce, FL; sister and brother-in-law, Debbie and Danny Wade of Tuscaloosa, AL; brothers and sisters-in-law, Billy and Sherry Bryson of Chatsworth (who lovingly cared for Virgil in his final weeks and months) and Mark and Michelle Bryson of Chatsworth; grandchildren, Kimberly Hall, Christian Bryson, Jackson Walker, Andrew Galdys, and Mason Galdys; great-grandchildren, Harrison Hall and Hayden Hall; extended family also survives.

Cremation services were provided by Peeples Funeral Home and Crematory.
