Mrs. Sandra Elizabeth Temples Leonard, 76 of Chatsworth, passed away Saturday, February 27, 2021 at Hamilton Medical Center.

Sandra was a member of Anchor Holds Baptist Church. She enjoyed singing, playing music, and celebrating life. She loved everyone and never met a stranger.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 52 years, Robert E. Leonard Jr; parents, Hazel and Charlie Temples; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Gene and Ruby Leonard; brother and sister-in-law, Martin and Jackie Temples; sisters, Vicki Shultz and Peggy Ennis.

Survivors include her son, Robert E. Leonard III of Chatsworth; daughter and son-in-law, Tara and Thomas Sneed of Dawnville; grandchildren, Cody and Trina Leonard, Presley Sneed, and Grayson Sneed; great-grandchildren, Haivyn Leonard, Peyton Leonard, and Carson Leonard; sister, Kathy Hillhouse; dear friend, Joan Dooley. Nieces, nephews, and extended family also survive.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to her Regency Park family for all the love and care they gave to Mrs. Leonard.

Funeral Services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Sandra Leonard will be on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at 3:00 pm from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Willis officiating. Interment will follow in the Center Valley Cemetery. A livestream of this service will be held on the Peeples Funeral Home & Crematory Facebook page.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 from 12:00 pm until 3:00 pm.

To help prevent the spread of COVID-19 no food or drinks will be allowed inside the funeral home, and masks and social distancing are requested by the family.
