Ms. Sandra Joye Howard, age 75, of Chatsworth passed away on Thursday, December 26, 2024 at her residence.

She was preceded in death by her parents Raleigh and Irene Howard, sisters and brothers-in-law, Johnnie and Donald Bradley and Billie Jean and Ralph England.

Survivors include her daughter, Melanie Ballew of Chatsworth; grandchildren, Colby and Kassidy Hooper, Mont Ballew and Lauren Jonason, and Chloe Gibson and Gavin Hollis; great-grandchildren, Ella Hooper, Lyon Ballew, and Wren Hooper; special nieces, Lisa Peden and Judy Ray; special friend, Arlie Mitchell; nephews, cousins, and extended family also survive.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Ms. Sandra Joye Howard will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Ellis officiating. Interment will follow at Chatsworth Heights Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Peeples Funeral Home on Saturday, December 28, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
