Mrs. Rewanda J. "Ondie" Arthur, age 91 of Crandall, passed away on Friday, March 21, 2025 at Advent Health Murray.

She proudly served as a mail carrier for 30 years.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 72 years, George W. Arthur; sisters, Lorain Webb, Florine Johnson; brothers, Neual Smith, Colbert Johnson; grandson, Kenneth Arthur II; brother-in-law, James Arthur; in-laws, Louise and Ted Hill; sister-in-law, Becky Arthur.

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Angela Arthur of Cohutta, Kenneth and Amy Arthur of Dalton, John and Janet Arthur of Cohutta; brother and sister-in-law, Ralph and Marilou Johnson of Shelbyville, TN, Jane Arthur of Hixson, TN; sister and brother-in-law, Ruby Faye Brindle of Signal Mountain, TN, Steve Arthur of Kingsport, TN; extended family also survives.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Rewanda J. "Ondie" Arthur will be held Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with the Rev. Charlie Bridges officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Republican National Committee or the Donald J. Trump Foundation.
