Mr. Phillip R. McCamy, age 71, of Chatsworth passed away on Sunday, October 10, 2021, at Hamilton Medical Center.

He was preceded in death by parents, Hugh and Willie Frances "Bill" McCamy; granddaughter, Anna Elizabeth McCamy; and nephew, Matthew Robert McCamy.

Survivors include his wife, Janice McCamy; sons and daughters-in-law, Matt and Tara McCamy of Chatsworth and Kevin and Beth McCamy of Cartersville, GA; daughter, Megan Renae McCamy of Chatsworth; brother and sister-in-law, Rick and Toni McCamy of Chatsworth; grandchildren, Avery McCamy, Landon McCamy, Reece McCamy, and Carter McCamy; and multiple extended family members in the Murray-Whitfield area.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mr. Phillip R. McCamy will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Cochran and Rev. George Ross officiating. Interment will follow at the Center Valley Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
