Mrs. Mary Ruth Mantooth, age 93, of Crandall, GA, passed away on Friday, September 22, 2023 at Hamilton Medical Center.

She was preceded in death by her husband, J.T. "Jake" Mantooth; parents, Winston and Mary Green; brothers, Arthur Green, Robert Green, Bill Green, and Lake Green; sisters, Viola Yates and Jennie Flood; grandson, Erik Gallman; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Tom and Essie Mantooth.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Houston and Anna Mantooth of Crandall, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Augustine and Jackie Gallman of Crandall, GA; grandchildren, Rowdy Gallman (Angel) of Varnell, GA and Stacy Davis (Terry) of Ramhurst, GA; great-grandchildren, Jacob Gallman, Joseph Gallman, Cassie Bowen (Blake), and Lexie Ellis (Alex); great great-grandchildren, Bella Bowen, Blakely Bowen, and Bonnie Bowen

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Mary Ruth Mantooth will be held on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Fairy Valley Baptist Church with Rev. Lamar Beason, Rev. Dwight Scott, and Rev. Rowdy Gallman officiating. Interment will follow at the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, September 25, 2023 from 4:30 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
