Ms. Mary "Ann" Hayes, of Chatsworth, went to rest in the arms of the Lord surrounded by her loving family on Friday, January 17, 2025 at her home.

Ann was a member of Gethsemane Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Melvin D. "M.D." and Lucille Hayes; brother, Earl Hayes.

Survivors include her sisters and brother-in-law, Shirley and Terry Sales of Chatsworth and Juanita Richards of Chatsworth; many nieces, nephews, and extended family members also survive.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Ms. Mary "Ann" Hayes will be held on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Keith Deal and Rev. Bruce Owens officiating. Interment will follow at Mountain View Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
