Ms. Lois Dover Blassingame, age 80, of Chatsworth, passed away on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at her home.

She was preceded in death by her father, Willie Dover; mother, Hazel Dover; sister, Wanda Freeman; brother, Charles Dover.

Survivors include her son, Perry Blassingame of Dalton, GA; daughter, Blass Engame of Dalton, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Quilla and G.L. Ledford of Ball Ground, GA; grandchildren, Evan Blassingame, Steven Blassingame, and Felecia Rose; great-grandchildren, Summer, Jac, Blaine, Nevaeh, and Mya; life partner, Glenn Sampson; extended family also survives.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Ms. Lois Dover Blassingame will be held on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Green officiating. Interment will follow at New Canaan Baptist Church Cemetery in Blue Ridge, GA.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, February 9, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
