Mrs. Linda Southerland Davenport age 78 of Chatsworth, passed away on Monday, January 12, 2026 at her residence.

Linda was a member of Center Hill Baptist Church, she enjoyed her family, friends, and teaching children's Sunday School and attending church activities.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ellene and Denton Keener; sister, Gail Little; first husband, James Southerland.

Survivors include her loving husband of 28 years, Hubert Davenport of Chatsworth; son and daughter-in-law, Joel and Sherry Southerland of Ringgold; daughters and sons-in-law, Dana and Bobby Thomas of Chatsworth, Adrienne and Michael Jack of Chatsworth, Ava DiGioia of Mckinney, TX; brother and sister-in-law, David and Margie Keener of Chatsworth; sisters and brothers-in-law, Phyllis and Edward Headrick of Chatsworth, Carol and Roger Boyd of Chatsworth, Marsha and Bill Martin of Tunnel Hill, Connie Keener of Chatsworth; grandchildren, Savana and Trey Dunn, Mikayla and Josh Garrison, Jeremiah Thomas, Jonathan Thomas, Joseph Thomas, Jason Thomas, Chad and Ally Westmoreland, Caitlin and Alex Wilson, Elizabeth DiGioia, Hannah DiGioia; great-grandchildren, Lukas Dunn, Lily Dunn, Lainey Dunn, Jax Garrison, Jud Garrison, Juni Garrison, Max Westmoreland, Millie Westmoreland, Gabe Egwu; extended family also survives.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Linda Faye Davenport will be held Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 3:00pm from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with the Rev. Steve Spangler and Rev. David Pettyjohn. Interment will follow at Center Valley Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 11:30am until 3:00pm.
