Kenneth Wayne Graves, age 79, of Chatsworth passed away on Thursday, November 4, 2021, at his residence.

Wayne was preceded in death by his parents, C.L. and Ella Saylors and Kenneth Houston Graves; brother, Gary Saylors; and wife, Birdie Graves.

Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Kenny and Johnnie Herron of Taylorsville, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Pam and Conrad Puryear of Chatsworth; brother-in-law, William "Peno" Millsaps of Eton; sister-in-law, Onie Cochran of Greenville, SC; grandchildren, Chandler and Kara Puryear, Paisley Puryear, Lincoln Puryear, and Trina Culberson; and great-grandchild, Brigham Crawford Puryear.

Funeral services for Mr. Graves will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday, November 7, 2021, in the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with special remarks by Austin Fowler. Interment will follow at Fairy Valley Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 1:00 pm until the funeral begins at 3:00 pm.
