Mr. Johnny Homer Adams, age 78 of Chatsworth, passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2022 at Hamilton Medical Center.

Mr. Adams was a member of the Old Fashion Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Homer and Leone Adams; brother, Frank Adams; sisters and brother-in-law, Mary Lee Adams and Ella and Bobby Thomas.

Survivors include his wife, Diane Adams of Chatsworth; daughter, Stacey "Beth" Adams of Chatsworth; brother and sister-in-law, Lamar "Pete" and Alice Adams of Chatsworth; sister and brother-in-law, Joy and Herbert Cox of Chatsworth; sister-in-law and brothers-in-law, Kathy and James Broome of Calhoun and Steve Lewis of Dalton; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mr. Johnny Homer Adams will be held on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Thomas officiating. Interment will follow from Ramsey Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, February 10, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial donations be made to the funeral home to help with the final expenses.
