Mr. Jimmy Allen, age 93, of Dalton, GA, passed away on Sunday, April 19, 2026, at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Jimmy was a devout Christian.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Elbert and Matilda Allen; his brothers, Sam Allen, Wade Allen, Edd Allen, and Ken Allen; and his sisters, Ethelline Prince, Amalee Watts, Mary Lee Stiles, and Idalou Bryant.

Survivors include his loving wife, Grace Allen of Dalton, GA; his son and daughter-in-law, Rex and Gale Allen of Dalton, GA; his daughter and son-in-law, Clara and Kenny Bivens of Dalton, GA; his sister-in-law, Linda Allen of Dalton, GA; his grandchildren, Kenny Bivens, Jr., Jonathan Bivens, Tammy Stewart, and Mark Holder; his great-grandchildren, Drew Stewart and Gabe Holder; his great great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

In honor of Mr. Allen's wishes, no public services are to be held.
