Mrs. Janice Elaine Baggett, age 68 of Chatsworth, passed away Friday, March 25, 2022 at Hamilton Medical Center.

Janice was a member of the Eleventh Ave. Church in Dalton, GA. She loved Jesus, spending time with her family, fishing and watching the Braves.

She was preceded in death by her husband, David Baggett; parents, Betty Faye Grimsley and Billy Charles Cantrell; step-dad, Alfred Grimsley.

Survivors include her sons, Charles Grant and his fiancee, Charlotte Ensley, of Chatsworth and James Grant and his wife, Selena Ensley, of Chatsworth; sisters and brother-in-law, Sylvia (Joyce) Alexander of Chatsworth and Annie Mae and John Greene of Marietta; brother and sister-in-law, Charles and Melinda Cantrell of Milledgeville; grandchildren, Briana and Dewight Lawson, Kane Grant, Kirsten and Robert Lee, Haley Grant and Mason Floyd; great-grandchildren, Bryleigh, Silas, Jackson, Saylor and Annie Lawson, Lela Meaux, Beau Lee, Adeline Grant, Aubree Grant; and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Cremation services were provided by Peeples Funeral Home & Crematory of Chatsworth.
