Mr. James F. "Jim" Crowe age 78, of Chatsworth passed away Friday, February 5, 2021 at Hendersonville Medical Center in Hendersonville, TN.

Jim was a member of the Eton Masonic Lodge #509 F&AM; he was also retired from the US Forest Service following 31 years of service.

Mr. Crowe was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde Crowe and Lavada Moore Crowe; brother-in-law, Anthony Godfrey.

Survivors include wife of 58 years Becky Godfrey Crowe of Chatsworth; daughter and son-in-law, Amanda and Jonathan Newlan of Chatsworth; son, Jamie C. Crowe of Chatsworth; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Valerie and David Holbrook of Jasper, Angie and Mike Jones of Chatsworth, and Tammy Caldwell of Chatsworth; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Danny and Shellia Godfrey, Eugene and Tammy Godfrey, and Terry and Rebecca Godfrey –all of Chatsworth; 3 special little girls, Abby, Kathleen and Esme Caldwell; nieces and nephews also survive.

Private services to celebrate the life of Mr. Crowe will be held in the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Lamar Beason officiating. Interment with Masonic graveside rites will follow in the Cool Springs Cemetery.
