Mr. James "Earl" Baggett, age 93, of Chatsworth passed away on Tuesday, July 7, 2021, at Hamilton Medical Center.

Earl was preceded in death by his wife, Emma Mae Baggett; parents, Jess and Sarah Baggett; and sisters, Edith Springfield and Annie Lee Crook.

Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Tommy and Renda Baggett of Chatsworth; daughter and son-in-law, Wilma and Lamar Nolan of Chatsworth; sister, Thelma Sitton of Chatsworth; grandchildren, Kevin and Laura Baggett, Michelle Kilgore, and Heather and Michael Hallman; great-grandchildren, Cylia and Lucas Baggett and Tyler and Ashley Kilgore; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mr. James "Earl" Baggett will be held on Saturday, July 10, 2021, at 3:00pm in the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Dr. Kevin Baggett, Rev. Andrew Bowen, and Tim Howard officiating. Interment will follow in Smyrna Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 12:00pm until 3:00pm.
