Mr. Jackie Ray Carlock, age 66 of Dawnville, GA, passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2022 at AdventHealth Gordon.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Effarine Carlock; sister and brother-in-law, Wanda and Roy Blankenship; siblings, Clyde Carlock, Billy Jean Carlock, Harold Carlock, James Carlock, Elouise Russo.

Survivors include his loving wife of 39 years, Juanita Carlock of Dawnville, GA; daughters and son-in-law, Kim and Bruce Fauscett of Eton, GA, and Abby Carlock of Dawnville, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Calvin and Brenda Carlock of Eton, GA; sister, Sandra Pittman of Chatsworth; grandchildren, PFC Kenleey Carlock and Caroline Dukes; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Sandie and Lester Howard; mother-in-law, Jewell Ash.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mr. Jackie Ray Carlock will be held on Sunday, June 12, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Matthew Harris officiating. Cremation services will be provided by the funeral home.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, June 12, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested the memorial donations be made to Peeples Funeral Home to help with final expenses.
