Mr. Jack L. Loudermilk, age 84 of Plainville, GA, passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at AdventHealth Redmond.

Jack was a member of the New Town Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by Keith Loudermilk.

Survivors include his loving wife of 65 years, Opal Loudermilk of Plainville, GA; Carl Loudermilk; and Mark Loudermilk; extended family also survives.

A memorial service will be held at Maple Grove Baptist Church of Polk County, TN, Saturday, April 9, 2022 at 1:00pm.

The family will receive friends from 12:00pm until the service.
