Ms. Ivoray Akridge, age 87, of Calhoun, GA, passed away on Friday, March 28, 2025 at her home.

She was preceded in death by her mom, Vina James; dad, Emitt James; brothers, Roy James, Windom James, David James, Tommy James, and Tillman James; sisters, Edna Manis, Velma Johnson, and Josephine Sauls.

Survivors include her children, Tony Lindsay of Enigma, GA, Barbara O'Neal (Ben) of Calhoun, GA, and Kathy Breeden (George) of Calhoun, GA; sisters, Mary Tucker and Margarett Pierce both of Alapaha, GA; brother, Charles James of Chatsworth; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren also survive.

A graveside service to celebrate the life of Ms. Ivoray Akridge will be held on Sunday, March 30, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. at Fairy Valley Baptist Church Cemetery. Interment will follow.
