Mr. Garry Ronald "Buster" Stone, age 67, of Chatsworth passed away on Friday, February 4, 2022, at his home.

Buster loved all sports, but most of all the Atlanta Braves and the Georgia Bulldogs.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Lynn Stone; parents, Henry Clarence "Bill" Stone and Neva Maude Stone; brothers and sisters-in-law, Gene Stone, Mary Ellen "Tom" Stone, Jo Stone, Robert Stone, David and Barbara Stone, and Buddy Stone; sister and brothers-in-law, Rachel and Brud Stewart, Jerry Tankersley, and Eddy Davis.

Survivors include his daughters and sons-in-law, Stacey and Jon Waight of Chatsworth, and Cindy and Kevin Brunson of Dalton, GA; sisters-in-law, Irene Lay of Chatsworth, Rebecca Stone of Chatsworth; sisters and brothers-in-law, Dianne and Charles Burger of Chatsworth, Jeanette Tankersley of Chatsworth, Danney and Stacie Davis of Ellijay, GA, and Terry and Stacy Davis of Chatsworth; and grandchild, Emily Brunson. Many nieces, nephews, and his beloved pet, Buttons, also survive.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mr. Buster Stone will be held on Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Danney Davis, Mr. Bruce Bowers, and Mr. Anthony Tankersley officiating. Interment will follow from Ramsey Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, February 9, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
