Ms. Emily Frances Cogburn, age 88, of Chatsworth, passed away on Friday, April 5, 2024 at her residence.

Emily was a member of Crandall Bible Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her father, Morris Phillips; mother, Frances Wilbanks Phillips; sister, Martha Phillips Gordon; nephew, William "Bill" Gordon.

Survivors include her nephews and spouse, Samuel "Sam" and Rhonda Gordon of Chatsworth and Malcom "Mal" Gordon of Chatsworth; great nieces and great nephews, Samantha Gordon, Paxton Gordon, Christian Gordon, and Payton Gordon.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Ms. Emily Frances Cogburn will be held on Sunday, April 28, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at the Crandall Bible Methodist Church with Rev. Carson Scarbrough officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Crandall Bible Methodist Church (P.O. Box 2, Crandall, GA 30711).
