Mr. David Hawkins, age 45 of Chatsworth, passed away on Monday, January 16, 2023 at his home.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William Lester and Maurine Hawkins and Clyde and Willie Bell Headrick.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia Hawkins; sons and daughter-in-law, Collin Hawkins, Bailey and Alex Hawkins, and Chris Romero; daughters, Addison Hawkins and Briana Coria; parents, Steve and Rhonda Hawkins; brother and sister-in-law, Nathan and Stephanie Hawkins; nephew, Parker Hawkins; niece, Peyton Reed.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mr. David Hawkins will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Darey Kittle officiating. Interment will follow at Serenity Hills Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, January 20, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
