Mr. David Blankenship, age 60 of Chatsworth, passed away Monday, June 20, 2022 at Chatsworth Health Care.

He was preceded in death by his parents Roy and Wanda Blankenship; sister, Sharon Gulledge; brother, Timothy Blankenship; niece, Kristie Rizer; grandparents, Albert and Effarine Carlock, and Ed and Beulah Blankenship.

Survivors include his brother, Edward Blankenship and Michelle Singleton of Dalton; sisters and brother-in-law, Joann and Lee Roy Hamby of Chatsworth, and Wencie Campbell of Chatsworth; multiple nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews; extended family also survive.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mr. David Blankenship will be held Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at 2:00p.m. from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Matthew Harris officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 11:00am until 2:00pm.
