Mr. Daniel Brian Hobgood, age 56 of Chatsworth, passed away on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at Hamilton Medical Center.

Daniel enjoyed watching the Georgia Bulldogs play.

He is preceded in death by his son, Jordan Walker Hobgood; father, Causby Hobgood; mother, Nellie Ann Cantrell; brother, David Bruce Hobgood; nephew, Barry D. Hobgood; step-father, Ken Cantrell.

Survivors include his loving wife of 28 years, Rhonda Crystal Hobgood of Chatsworth; in-laws, Allen D. Weeks Sr. and Wanda Weeks of Chatsworth, and Margaret A. Weeks of Ringgold; brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Tammy Hobgood of Calhoun; sister and brother-in-law, Teresa and James Wilson of Chatsworth; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.

Funeral Services to celebrate the life of Mr. Daniel Hobgood will be on Thursday, June 3, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Shane Pierce officiating. Interment will follow in the Tilton Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 pm and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.
