Ms. Crystal Montique Dempsey, age 52, of Dalton passed away on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Crystal was a member of Chatsworth Church of God, participated in Special Olympics and Miracle League Softball, and loved dancing and Michael Jackson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Larry and Brenda Dempsey, and grandmother, Hazel Wofford.

Survivors include her brother, Justin Dempsey (Eric Redding) of Raleigh, NC; her loving family, Fee and Ginger McDade of Dalton, Zane (Kris) McDade of Dalton, Mallory (Malcolm) Sharpe of Poquoson, VA, Christopher McDade, Michael McDade, Zavon McDade, Paighton, Nemo, Lottie, and Mary Charles, and Bradley Spain; and special nana, Nancy Brock of Dalton.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Ms. Crystal Montique Dempsey will be held on Sunday, October 8, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Pastor Fitzgerald McDade and Mr. Zane McDade officiating. Interment will follow at West Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, October 8, 2023, from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.
