Mr. Claud E. Rogers, age 90 of Chatsworth, passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at his residence.

Mr. Rogers was preceded in death by his parents, Grover and Hester Rogers; son, Jackie Rogers; all of his brothers and sisters.

Survivors include his loving wife of 69 years, Ann Rogers of Chatsworth; son and daughters-in-law, Barry and Becky Rogers of Crandall, GA and Melissa Rogers of Mooresville, NC; grandchildren, Christie (Damion) Kelley, Lisa (Paul) Allen, Craig (Crystal) Rogers, and Tiffany (Chris) Dyer; 13 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mr. Claud E. Rogers will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. from Homeland Baptist Church with Rev. Bobby Bowers, Rev. Harold Poteet, and Wayne Carroll officiating. Interment will follow in the Faith Worship Center Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, March 25, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Along with flowers, the family has requested that memorial donations be made to the Gideons International (P.O. Box 9725 Washington D.C. 20090-7251), Mt. Sumach Baptist Church of Cisco, GA, and Homeland Baptist Church of Chatsworth, GA.
