Clarence "David" Webb, 80, of Chatsworth, departed this life and went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 3, 2023.

He was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Marie Temples Webb; sons, Charlie Overton of Dalton, Ga, and David Webb of Robbins, Tn.

Parents, Curtis and Georgia Webb of Glenmary, Tn; as well as siblings Norma Smithers of Glenmary, Tn; Doyle Webb of Dalton, Ga; and Darrel Webb of Lewisburg, Tn.

He is survived by one daughter and son -in-law, Sherrie and Heath Jenkins of Chatsworth; grandchildren, Jordan Jenkins, and Noelle and Cody Cox, all of Chatsworth; as well as great-grandchildren, Lily Walls, Jensen Cox, and Keighlyn Palmer, all of Chatsworth.

Also, surviving siblings, Gale Lewallen of Oneida, Tn; Bill and Peggy Webb of Niceville, Fl; Ray and Wanda Webb of Athens, Al; and Dale and Verlie Webb of Glenmary, Tn. A host of nieces and nephews including a special niece, Vickie Roberts of Marshall, NC.

A private service to celebrate his life will be held and burial will be in Murray Memorial Gardens.

Peeples Funeral Home & Crematory of Chatsworth has been entrusted with the arrangements for Mr. Clarence "David" Webb.
