Mr. Chucky "Chuck" Ray Clark, age 61, of Chatsworth, passed away on Friday, July 3, 2026, at his home.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Tiffany Clark; his parents, Cleo and Linda Sue Clark; and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Harold and Bonnie Green.

Survivors include his loving wife of 41 years, Carolyn Clark of Chatsworth; his son and daughter-in-law, David and Toshia Clark of Chatsworth; his brothers and sister-in-law, Ed and Sheila Clark of Dalton, GA, Travis Clark of Tennessee, Shirley (David) Bivens of Chatsworth, Diane Millsap of Dalton, GA, Sarah Lea Ponders of Chatsworth, and Karen Green of Dalton, GA; his sisters and brother-in-law, Jewel and Gary Hawkins of Dalton, GA and Renae Lucas of Tennessee; his grandchildren, Jakoby Clark and Isaiah Clark; several nieces and nephews also survive.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to help with final expenses.
