Mrs. Catherine Seay, age 63 of Cohutta, GA, passed away on Friday, April 19, 2024 at Hamilton Medical Center.

Catherine was a member of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her father, John W. Wynn; mother, Ruth Edwards; sister, Sue Holder; husband, Jerry Anthony Seay; son Brandon Steele.

Survivors include her sons and daughter-in-law, David Steele of Crandall, GA, Travis Steele of Cohutta, GA, and Chad and Caitlin Steele of Cohutta, GA; daughters and sons in law, Amanda and Brooke Dunsmore of Cohutta, GA and Heather and Zach Knudtson of Cohutta, GA; brother, Charles Steele of Louisville, KY; Carol McNichols of Arizona; grandchildren, Destiny, Austin, Hayden Rutledge, Caleb, Lexi, Reid, Ella Knudtson, Summer, Lil David Steele, Skylar, Delaney, Paisley, Ali, Boyd, Eli, and Emma Steele.

Funeral Services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Catherine Seay will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Varnell Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 from 12:00 p.m. until the service hour.
