Mrs. Carolyn Jones Cordle, age 82, of Chatsworth, passed away on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at her home.

Carolyn was a member of Eton Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Ron Cordle; parents, Ollie and Margree Jones; sister, Katherine Jones; brother, Joe Cecil Jones.

Survivors include her son, James E. Caylor, Jr. of Chatsworth; grandchildren, Jesse J. Caylor, Latasha (Josh) Williams, Whitney (Brandon) Conaway, and Garrett Quarles; great-grandchildren, Brenley, Tryg, AnnaCait, and Liam; nieces, Derinda (Sandy) Fowler and Jennifer (Matt) Basiliko; nephews, Andy (Ashleigh) Fowler and Chris Jones; great-nephews, Aiden Fowler and Axton Fowler; sister-in-law, Betty Hunter; extended family also survives.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, February 28, 2026, from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm. Interment will follow at Fairy Valley Cemetery.
