Mrs. Bettye Anderson Jackson age 92, of Chatsworth, passed away Monday, January 25, 2021 at Dalton Place.

Bettye was a lifelong member of the First Baptist Church of Chatsworth.

Mrs. Jackson was preceded in death by her parents, William Marvin Anderson and Neil DeCora Clayton Anderson; husband, Marvin D. Jackson; son, Gary S. Jackson; brother, Miles Wesley Anderson.

Survivors include daughter-in-law, Leslie H. Jackson of Dalton; grandson, Stephen D. Jackson; granddaughter, Margaret J. Brownlee (Lawrence); great-grandchildren, Gray L. Jackson, D. Anderson Jackson, and Katherine E. Brownlee and Jackson T. Brownlee; sister-in-law, Carolyn Anderson.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Jackson will be held Thursday, January 28, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. George Ross officiating. Interment will follow in the Chatsworth Heights Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Thursday, January 28, 2021 from 12:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the First Baptist Church of Chatsworth: 121 West Market Street Chatsworth, GA 30705.
