Mrs. Betty Ruth Parrish age 86, of Dalton, passed away Saturday, January 30, 2021 at her residence.

She was preceded in death by her father, Willard Craig; mother, Jessie Craig; husband, Watson Eugene Parrish Sr.

Survivors include sons, Watson Eugene Parrish Jr. of Dalton and Willard Terry Sanford of Dalton; daughters, Deborah Goswick of Chatsworth and  Beverly Gail Cronan of Crandall; step-daughters, Elaine Hooker of Chatsworth, Annette Haney of Chatsworth; brothers and sister-in-law, Phillip and Helen Craig of Chatsworth and Howard Craig of Crandall; sister, Jane Griffin of Marietta; daughter-in-law, April Parrish of Dalton; grandchildren, Jason Parrish, Chris Parrish, Bridgette Bowen, Tina Burkett, Anthony Goswick, Timothy Goswick, Emerson Sky Goswick, Raegan Russell, Wyatt Russell, and Preston Russell; step-grandchildren, Timmy Hooker, Kandi Coran, Curtis Betterton, Randy Hooker Jr, Krissie Hooker, and Tiffany Hooker;19 great-grandchildren;

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Betty Ruth Parrish will be Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Cochran officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. until the service hour.
