Ms. Belinda Kay Phillips, age 62 of Villa Rica, GA, passed away on Friday, November 26, 2021 at her residence.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James William Hyson McDowell and Mary Ruth McDowell; sister, Jamie Lee McDowell.

Survivors include her brothers and sisters-in-law, Dwayne and Sissy McDowell of Villa Rica, GA and Jay and Lorena McDowell of Sarasota, FL; sister and brother-in-law, Mona Lisa and James Webb of Dothan, AL; several nieces and nephews, who she loved as her own children, also survive.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Ms. Belinda Kay Phillips will be held on Monday, November 29, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Pastor Luke Pollock officiating. Interment will follow from the Sumach Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, November 29, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
