Barry Oliver Williams

Mr. Barry Oliver Williams, age 71, of Eton, GA, passed away on Sunday, August 9, 2026, at AdventHealth Redmond.

Barry was a member of Hopewell "Doogan" Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Hazel Williams; his brothers, Troy Williams and Timothy Williams; his sister, Janice "Sissy" Campbell; his daughter, Lynn McClure; his brothers-in-law, Richard Chester, JW Thomas, and Roy Farner; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Faye and Chester Campbell; his sisters-in-law, Vicky Johnson and PeeWee Hollis; and his son-in-law, Ryan Browder.

Survivors include his loving wife of 46 years, Mary Louise Williams of Eton, GA; his daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Marie Williams of Dalton, GA, Rebecca Williams of Chatsworth, Haley and Tyler Kinsey of Dalton, GA, Greta Williams of Old Fort, TN, and Sandy and Tim Easterly of Dalton, GA; his brothers and sisters-in-law, Shane "Booger" and China Williams of Chatsworth, Billy Williams of Chatsworth, Roy and Tammy Williams, and Michael and Mindy Hall of Cedar Rapids, IA; his sister, Teresa Chester of Chatsworth; his grandchildren, Kelsie Stover, Julya Browder, Kaitlyn Blecha, Cassie Gowens, Daniel, Jayda Christensen, Taylor McAtee, Courtney McClure, Josh McClure, Jacob McClure, Trinity Williams, Christian Williams, Kyliegh Williams, Kaiden Vega, Zachary Williams, Carter Williams, Robert Lovelace, Jr., Collin Kinsey, Theodore Kinsey, and Bellamie Kinsey; his 22 great-grandchildren; his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Billie Farner, Barbara Thomas, Bobbie and Joe Disney, Tony Campbell, and Bill Johnson; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mr. Williams will be held on Sunday, August 16, 2026, at 2:00 pm at Hopewell "Doogan" Baptist Church with Rev. Shane "Booger" Williams, Rev. Shane Cloer, and Rev. Billy Brown officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Hopewell "Doogan" Baptist Church on Saturday, August 15, 2026, from 12:00 pm until the service hour on Sunday.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made directly to the funeral home to assist with final expenses.

Peeples Funeral Home & Crematory of Chatsworth has been entrusted with the arrangements for Mr. Barry Oliver Williams.
